After 8 years, Saphary Deluxe changes skin and tranforms into Godzillamarket, the new booking, management and press office agency. The past experience brought the agency to be structure and to grow, with the goal to offer a professional and original support to all music realities, the old and the brand new ones.
Our competence allow us to follow a project in its entirety, from management to promotion, to booking, or offer just one of these services.
We follow the management booking and press office for Ministri and Iori’s Eyes, two of the most important musical realities of the Italian scene. Figli di Madre Ignota are our reference for the European market, playing in the most important festivals and clubs in Europe. With the “New School” departement, Godzillamarket sets out to do something, that nobody in Italy does:
To spot out real new talents in the sea of offers and help them to grow, giving them the chance to be followed in all the steps, from promotion to touring.
Uno su mille ce la fa
Consigliato per chiunque voglia entrare nel mondo dell’industria musicale.
Il libro è stato pubblicato nel 2008 da Coniglio Editore, ma vale ancora la pena cercalo per accaparrarsi una delle ultime copie rimaste sugli scaffali.
Tutti gli argomenti sono prima introdotti attraverso una spiegazione, poi presentati tramite un contratto standard e resi molto comprensibili con le FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions), ovvero domande e risposte. Le case discografiche, i produttori indipendenti, l’editoria musicale, la pubblicità, la promozione, i new media, concerti ed impresari sono i capitoli che compongono “Uno su mille ce la fa”. Io lo riempio di post-it e lo consulto come se fosse un bigino ogni volta che ho un dubbio o un’amnesia. Solo in Italia sono stimati circa 150000 artisti più o meno considerati emergenti e mi viene da pensare che ai 1000 del titolo andrebbe aggiunto uno zero.
Non è divertente ne avvincente, ma è utile e scritto bene.

Nuovo disco dei Calibro 35
Calibro 35 is a great project, whose credibility grows more and more after every album and live performance. Last time I saw them playing in Milan, they once again proved themselves as a band a step ahead the contemporary Italian musical scene. They stand out for their performances, their dynamics, talent and expressivity.
They are the right horse to bet on, even outside of Italy, and I believe they might be able to bring new prestige to the Italian musical market.
“Ogni riferimento a persone esistenti o a fatti realmente accaduti è puramente casuale” (Any resemblance to real events and/or to real persons is purely coincidental) is a good, well-played album, that I recommend to buy - especially the vinyl version, already almost sold out.
Tommi Colliva’s brilliant sound engineering has produced a small jewel, with a sound that bring us back to the 70’s but is yet modern; nothing sounds artificial. Vocal and instrumental arrangements are amazing. The 12 tracks are worth the 12 euros they cost, and you can buy the cd or the vinyl directly on their official web site. Next March 9th they’ll be welcomed in Circolo Magnolia.
I Calibro 35 sono un ottimo progetto per la credibilità che dopo ogni produzione ed esibizione si consolida sempre di più. L’ultima volta che li ho visti al Teatro Dal Verme a Milano si sono confermati un gradino sopra l’attuale scena italiana per esecuzione, dinamiche, talento ed espressività.
Sono un cavallo vincente su cui puntare anche all’estero e penso che in prospettiva potrebbe portare nuovo prestigio al mercato italiano.
“Ogni riferimento a persone esistenti o a fatti realmente accaduti è puramente casuale” è un bel disco, ben suonato che vale la pena comprare, soprattutto nella versione in vinile che sembra già essere ricercatissima. Tommi Colliva in regia ha tirato le fila di un quartetto di musicisti che ha saputo produrre un piccolo gioiellino con suoni anni 70 che risultano moderni; nulla appare posticcio. Ottimi anche gli arrangiamenti cantati e strumentali. 12 brani che valgono i 12 euro, potete acquistare sia cd che vinile direttamente sul loro sito. Il 9 marzo prossimo saranno i benvenuti al Circolo Magnolia.
